These terms govern your use of sidekick-online.com and your purchase and use of the Sidekick Launch Kit. By using the website or purchasing the kit, you agree to these terms.

The product

Sidekick is a digital educational product containing practical planning files for developing and launching a small offer. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee income, customers, or business results.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account and payment-reference information and keep access to your account secure. You may not use another person’s purchase reference or attempt to bypass purchase verification or protected downloads.

Payment and delivery

The displayed price is a one-time payment processed by PayMongo. After payment, you must submit the payment reference through your Sidekick account. Product access is released after the reference is verified. Keep your payment confirmation until access is approved.

Digital-product issues

If you experience duplicate payment, incorrect access, a damaged download, or another purchase problem, contact the seller promptly through the purchase channel. Any remedy will follow applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the issue.

Permitted use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the files for your own projects. You may adapt the worksheets and copy for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, or claim ownership of the original Sidekick files.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, submit fraudulent payment information, scrape private data, or use Sidekick in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Sidekick available and accurate, but the website or product may occasionally change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Sidekick is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited to losses that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as Sidekick evolves. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
