Sidekick respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled when you visit sidekick-online.com, create an account, purchase the Sidekick Launch Kit, save progress, or leave a review.

Information we collect

When you sign in, our authentication provider may provide your email address, name, profile picture, and a unique account identifier. Sidekick may also store your checklist progress, PayMongo payment reference, purchase-verification status, rating, public review name, and feedback.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, connect your purchase to you, verify payment, release the protected product download, save your progress, prevent misuse, provide support, and display reviews that you choose to publish.

Service providers

Sidekick uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for optional Google sign-in, PayMongo for payment processing, and OpenAI Sites for website hosting. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Sidekick does not receive or store your complete card or payment-account details.

Public reviews

If you publish a review, the public name, star rating, and feedback you submit may appear on the Sidekick website. Your account email is not displayed with the review.

Storage and security

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including account-based access controls and protected product downloads. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as reasonably needed to operate Sidekick, resolve purchase issues, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse.

Your choices

You may choose email sign-in instead of Google sign-in. You may request help with correcting or deleting account information by using the support contact shown during sign-in or contacting the Sidekick seller through the purchase channel.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Sidekick changes. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
